The Opening for the Signature of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, under the theme “Countering Cybercrime – Sharing Responsibility – Securing our Future”, will take place in Hanoi, Viet Nam from 25 to 26 October, 2025.
H.E. Mr. Lương Cường, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam will chair the Ceremony, joined in attendance by H.E. Mr. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, Heads of State, senior government leaders, and representatives of regional and international organisations.
The Signing Ceremony is expected to feature a High-level Plenary Session, High-level Roundtables, and side conferences focused on international cooperation to combat cybercrime./.
